• If a parent is already registered, always use the existing parent account when registering a new child
• All fields must be filled in

Always include the following information

• Which page the error occurred on
• Whether any error message appeared, and what it said
• A screenshot of the situation, if possible
• Your name and username
• Whether you are a student or a parent

If the problem is during registration, also include

• Whether this is your family's first time registering on the Muha site
